关于交换机日志的疑问

学员提问：

3750和2960两台交换机的日志，今天早上通过show logging 显示的，我想知道那些端口的up和down是不是正常，还有就是我想知道这些时间发生的时间是什么，如这条日志：9w2d: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface FastEthernet0/24, changed

前面的 9w2d是什么意思？
这些日志的保存期限是什么？那几个buffers分别代表什么含义？
